By registering to participate in the Stax Rooftop Run game ('the Game'), you hereby agree to be bound by and abide by these terms.

References to 'you' or 'your' mean you as a player of the Game. References to 'we', 'us' or 'our' are to the provider of the Game, which is Stax Trade Centres Ltd (Stax). Company registration number 2235950, registered address Holloway Drive, Wardley Industrial Estate, Worsley, Manchester M28 2LA.

Competition entries

The competition is open from 5pm GMT on Friday 11th June until 23:59 GMT on Sunday 11th July 2021.

The competition is open to live Stax account holders only, over the age of 18. If you have recently applied for an account, your account will not be live until you have supplied your business ID to Stax for approval. If the account information entered on the leaderboard entry form is inconsistent with our membership records, prizes may be forfeited.

Multiple entries from the same individual via different Stax accounts will be deemed void.

Any activity deemed to be fraudulent will be deemed void.

Any entries that are incomplete, illegible or do not arrive within the specified time frame will not be accepted and the decision of Stax Trade Centres will be final.

Stax Trade Centres will not be held responsible for any problems with submission of competition entries. Game players are not entitled to rent, sell, licence or redistribute the game. The intellectual property rights belong to Workhouse Marketing Ltd.

Prizes

Game players, with a live Stax account and a top 50 score will be invited to submit their score to the leaderboard. The top five players will win the allocated prize below.

Winners will be the top three scoring individuals, and not the first three places on the leaderboard.

Second prize - Einhell 18 Volt Drill Driver
Third prize - Einhell 18 Volt Drill Driver

Winners will be contacted by telephone, using the number given through the leaderboard registration, on 12th July 2021. Should there be no response to this phone call within 48 hours, Stax Trade Centres reserve the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.

Stax Trade Centres are entitled to vary the prize(s) if, due to unforeseen circumstances it becomes impossible to provide the prizes as described or in its opinion, it would be inappropriate in any way. In that event, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered.

Prizes are subject to change at any time and no cash alternative will be available.

Prizes will be available for collection from Stax Trade Centres Manchester from 12th July 2021. Arrangements will be made to transport prizes to one of the other five Stax branches for collection depending on the location of the winners.

Any uncollected prizes will remain property of Stax Trade Centres or the relevant supplier sponsor.

Stax Trade Centres reserve the right to vary, cancel or modify the competition and/or the terms and conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw the competition (and/or any related prizes) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

The decision of Stax Trade Centres is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Exclusions

Any person associated with Stax; employees and their families, agencies or other associated companies involved with the administration of the game, are not eligible to enter the competition.
